When the Schwartzman family wanted to come together during the lowest point of 2020, they found the perfect place to bond in their neighborhood pickleball court. The whole family fell in love with the sport, and their neighborhood pickleball games grew into a flourishing community as this fun, accessible sport brought together welcoming and like-minded people from all walks of life – regardless of age, gender, profession, or former athletic ability.
As a family with diverse athletics backgrounds that were brought together through pickleball, and as they watched the Minnesota pickleball community grow, the Schwartzmans saw room for a facility that combined professional-grade indoor courts and infrastructure with the competitive-yet-welcoming attitude that first made them fall in love with the sport.
Fast forward to 2025, and the Schwartzman family has launched Pure Pickleball Club, a professional-quality pickleball facility that’s also dedicated to serving as a welcoming, accessible social hub for the athletic community that the entire family treasures so dearly.
No longer do pickleball players need to bounce from place to place trying to find a court to play on, only to be frustrated by space limitations, membership requirements, or insular groups of competitors. With 19 year-round indoor pickleball courts; no membership requirements for court reservations; professional fitness facilities; and lessons, clinics, and social events for players of every skill level to mingle and become friends; Pure Pickleball Club is a space for everybody – no matter if you’re a 5.0 superstar or just picking up a paddle for the very first time.
